The family room with garden view was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our stay. Fresh French patisseries at breakfast were a delightful treat. we faced some service issues. a couple of staff members were unfriendly, and we struggled with getting a taxi on our departure. the pool area could have been cleaner, as the water appeared hazy.

Amazing rescue work and elephants galore!
Super impressed by the rescue vibes here! Plenty of elephants to watch from the lodge, which was a huge highlight. Got to chat with the staff, too—they were all really nice. Food was pretty tasty, but portion sizes were a bit on the small side. Just a heads up if you’re super hungry.

had an amazin time! the family room with garden view was super comfy, and we loved the entire safari vibe of the place. the staff were so cool and helpful, especially will, our tour guide! seeing elephants and gibbons up close was just the best. don't miss the full-day tour, it was really educational and heartwarming!

Perfect for animal lovers
The outdoor shower was a highlight for me, showering with sounds of gibbons around, it felt surreal! And seeing elephants from my balcony was something I’ll never forget.
